2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAMME APPLICATIONS

Deadlines Mevlana Exchange Program applications will be received until 02 March 2018. Students and Academic staff will deliver the necessary documents to their home universities and selection will be done by the home universities. International Offices of the partner universities will send the documents of their selections to Erciyes University Mevlana Office via e-mail until 09 March 2018. Applications to be sent after this date will not be accepted. Conditions for Students For bachelor degree students : GPA at least 2,5/4,00 For M.A. and PhD students : GPA at least 3,00/4,00 For the students applying Language and Philology Departments (English Language and Literature, Russian Language and Literature, etc.) Turkish Language knowledge is not obligatory. Turkish citizens studying at partner universities cannot apply Mevlana Program for Turkish universities. Application Documents For Students - Candidate Student Application Form (hand written forms will not be accepted; forms without photographes and/or signatures will not be accepted) - Latest Transkript of Records (In Turkish or English; other languages will not be accepted) - Turkish Language Certificate (if available) Scholarship Students to be granted with a scholarship will be paid 1000 TL per month (for 4 months). Conditions for Academic Staff Academic staff can apply for the program for at least 2 weeks, at most 3 months. Academic staff mobility includes only teaching, so only the Academic staff who teaches at his/her home University officially can apply for the program.
